Attendees can receive a hot meal and assistance filling out applications on-site for aid from the Hutto Resource Center as well as referral information for additional sources of assistance.
HRC also has a stock of cleanup supplies and nonperishable food for those who need them and is accepting donations of those items.
The event will take place from 4-6 p.m. at The Sandbox at Madeline's Place, located at 10700 FM 1660, Hutto.
