Austin-based gaming event coordinator, GoGames360, announced its second annual GoGames360ATX event will take place Oct. 13-15 at The Domain.

The three-day event will incorporate various forms of play and divide games into virtual, tactile and physical categories. Attendees can try out virtual-reality goggles, puzzle their way through an escape room, battle it out in chess, or get physical in games such as bubble soccer and dodgeball.

Child-friendly, pet-friendly, age 21 and older, and dating activities are scheduled throughout the weekend.

Ages 7 and under can attend for free. Day passes range from $5-$40 depending on access level and number of days attended. Group rates, student rates, VIP passes, hotel packages and vendor booths are available as well.

GoGames4Good, the philanthropic portion of GoGames360, has partnered with local charitable organizations, such as the Austin Angels foster care and adoption initiative, Kendra Scott for Breast Cancer Awareness and the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas youth mentorship program.

Additionally, a portion of proceeds from the passes sold will go toward the Harvey Relief Fund.

Extra-Life, a 24-hour gaming marathon that benefits Dell Children’s Hospital, will host a kickoff party at which gamers can register for the gaming marathon to be held Nov. 4. GoGames360 will donate $5 to Extra-Life for every pass sold.

In 2016, the event was held at McKinney Falls State Park. This year, hosting the event at locations throughout The Domain—including the Westin Austin hotel at 11301 Domain Drive, Austin—will allow organizers to utilize both indoor and outdoor space, according to the event organizers.

In late 2017 and early 2018, GoGames360 will also host events in Dallas, Houston, Corpus Christi and Laredo.
