Restaurant owner looks to expand menu options
Jon Creasey, owner of Fire in the Hole restaurant in downtown Round Rock, said he plans to roll out some new menu options in 2015.
Creasey said he plans to add to the menu his take on some familiar pasta and pizza combinations. The restaurant currently serves a variety of Neapolitan-style pizzas with bread, tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese that are made in-house.
Fire in the Hole opened in 2014. Creasey said he decided to move with his family to Round Rock in 2013 and open a gourmet pizza restaurant.
"Round Rock didn't seem to have anything like this," said Creasey, who owned a Domino's Pizza franchise in Birmingham, Alabama, for 19 years. "I thought it would be a good restaurant for the area."
