El Chilito Tacos y Caf pushed back its grand opening by one week.



The Manor Road food stand plans to open a second location at 1623 E. Seventh St. The new location was initially set to open Oct. 22 but will now open Oct. 29, according to ownership.



Both El Chilito locations took over and remodeled old Church's Chicken buildings. The fast-food Mexican eatery serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.



OTHER IMPACTS:



NOW OPEN—Seeds of Change Yoga, 2015 E. Riverside Drive, opened Oct. 1 offering donation-based yoga. Yoga styles include Hatha, Hatha Flow and Kundalini. All experience levels are welcome.



COMING SOON—Southern Walnut Creek Hike and Bike Trail, 5200 Bolm Road, will host its public grand opening Oct. 25. The multiuse trail is 7.3 miles long and extends from Govalle Park to an area of city parkland on Johnny Morris Road. The 10-foot-wide path is concrete with 2-foot-wide shoulders on the side.



ANNIVERSARIES—Dell Children's Medical Center's pediatric inpatient rehabilitation unit, 4900 Mueller Blvd., will celebrate its one-year anniversary Oct. 25 with a Halloween-themed day of activities including pumpkin painting, pie throwing, witch hat ring toss and storytelling.



IN THE NEWS—Kerbey Lane Caf, 3704 Kerbey Lane, is bringing back its pumpkin-themed menu starting at 5 p.m. Oct. 22 at all six locations. The Great Pumpkin Menu features pumpkin pancakes, French toast, desserts and more.
