Georgetown City Council members heard the results of the 2012–13 citizen survey at their Feb. 26 meeting.
The survey was conducted by the Wyoming Survey & Analysis Center at the University of Wyoming to assess citizen satisfaction with city services as well as citizens' perceptions and attitudes about City of Georgetown issues, said Mike Dorssom, a WYSAC associate research scientist who made the presentation.
Dorssom said 44 percent of households surveyed returned responses, which was higher than expected.
According to the survey, 98 percent of citizens who responded said the overall quality of life in Georgetown was good or excellent.
