Cedar Park
1. Arbor Park Near the intersection of Parmer Lane/Ronald Reagan Boulevard and RM 1431 www.coreone-re.com 512-745-0885 The 150,000-square-foot project is expected to open in the second quarter of 2017.
2. Crosscreek Market Southeast corner of East Whitestone Boulevard and Toll 183A www.theretailconnection.net 512-485-0888 The 37,000-square-foot retail center is expected to open in the spring.
3. The Parke Near the intersection of East New Hope Drive and Toll 183A www.endeavor-re.com 512-682-5505 The 400,000-square-foot shopping center is expected to open in the spring with stores such as DSW, Nordstrom Rack and Old Navy.
4. The Shops at Lakeline 115 S. Lakeline Blvd. www.weitzmangroup.com 512-482-0094 The center has signed with a dentistry group, Lakeline Nails and Spa and ‘Morning Sunshine Breakfast Treats, and its real estate agents are looking for tenants in neighborhood services.
5. Shops at Presidio Near Parmer Lane and Ranch Trails Court www.theretailconnection.net 512-485-0888 The project will include a 24,000-square-foot retail center in its first phase and will begin construction in the beginning of 2017.
Leander
Cold Springs Marketplace opened on Ronald Reagan Boulevard in September.[/caption]6. Cold Springs Marketplace 15609 Ronald Reagan Blvd. www.donquick.com 512-255-3000 The 52,000-square-foot shopping center on Ronald Reagan Boulevard includes Best Brains Learning Center, Fantastic Sams, Super Donuts and Tammy’s Nails.
7. Crystal Falls Town Center 1751 Crystal Falls Parkway www.cypressequities.com 602-680-6005 The town center opened in November with a Randalls grocery store and has Tomlinson’s Feed, La Bella Nails and Spa, Cost Cutters and Orangetheory Fitness.
8. The Shops at Leander 2906 Bagdad Road www.weitzmangroup.com 512-482-0094 The center is across from Leander High School and includes Bahama Buck’s, Austin Simply Fit, Domino’s and Davita.
