1. Williamson County tax office in Cedar Park remodel begins Monday

The Williamson County Tax Assessor-Collector’s Office in Cedar Park is set for an extensive remodel. Improvements include the addition of a drive-thru, expanded lobby seating, more efficient work space and additional workstations for future growth. Learn more here.

2. Justice of the Peace office closed Monday

The office of the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1, is closed Monday, according to a news release from Williamson County. The office is closed for staff training and will reopen 9 a.m. Tuesday. 1801 E. Old Settlers Blvd., Ste. 100, Round Rock. 512-943-1122. www.wilco.org

3. Texas Legislature starts special session Tuesday

5. Leander Chamber 'spirit' luncheon takes place Tuesday

6. Cedar Park Rotary Club changes Wednesday meeting times 

The Rotary Club of Cedar Park changed its meeting time to Wednesdays at noon, except for the second Wednesday of the month.
