Update 11:07 p.m.: With all precincts in Travis County reporting results, Eanes ISD Proposition A has been approved by district voters.

According to the Travis County Clerk's office, 5,221 votes (88.76 percent) were cast in support of the proposition and 661 votes (11.24 percent) were cast against.

Update 10:15 p.m.: The Eanes ISD tax ratification proposition is expected to passed, with 3,613 votes (89.25 percent) for the proposition and 435 votes (10.75 percent) against, reported by Travis County.

Published 7:18 p.m.: With early voting results in, Eanes ISD’s Proposition A is on pace to be approved by local voters, with 2,871 votes (89.69 percent) for the proposition and 330 votes (10.31 percent) against.

Proposition A is a tax ratification to allow the district to simultaneously lower its interest and sinking tax rate and increase its maintenance and operations tax rate, lowering the total tax rate to 1.20 per $100 valuation.

Voting in Travis County ended at 7 p.m. Tuesday, and election day results are being released throughout the evening. All results are unofficial until canvassed.
