Construction began this week for a 64-home addition to the 900-acre Spanish Oaks development in Bee Cave. This comes following City Council’s final approval of the site development plan in July 2017.

The subdivision, called The Hillside, forms the latest cluster of homes within Spanish Oaks, and lots will run along Spanish Oaks Club Boulevard on the southeast rim and border the Spanish Oaks Golf Club on the north and west. The neighborhood will also feature two gated entrances.

Lots in the 83-acre neighborhood will range from 0.3 to 1.6 acres and homes are priced from $600,000 to $1.75 million.

A news release issued by the developer CCNG Inc. states that roads and utilities for the subdivision are expected to be complete in the fourth quarter of 2019.
