Reata Trails is in west Georgetown off Williams Drive. Many of the lots in the neighborhood are wooded. Most Reata Trails home were built between 1982-84, but there also a number of updated remodels throughout the neighborhood.

In Reata Trails, homes often sell for prices below market average due to the fact that a number of homes in the neighborhood require major upgrades by new buyers. That also reduced the neighborhood’s median price per square foot.
