From live music to local farmers markets, there is something for everyone happening in the Georgetown area this weekend.

FRIDAY


1. Live Music on the Square 
Playing classic rock and cover songs, Tomzap Band will headline Music on the Square this week. 6:30 p.m. Free. Courthouse lawn, 710 S. Main Street. Guests can bring a chair or blanket.

2. Daddy Daughter Dance
The fourth annual Daddy Daughter Dance, hosted by Friends of Georgetown Parks and Recreation, is a Western-themed event for girls ages 4 and older and their fathers or guardians.

3. Farmers Market 
Located at the Wolf Ranch Town Center, the market provides a space for local farmers and food producers each Saturday morning. 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Free. 1015 W. University Drive.

4. Square Foot Gardening
Join the Williamson County Master Gardeners for “Hands On In The Garden." This month’s class will focus on Square Foot Gardening, which is the practice of dividing a growing area into small square sections. The organizers suggest attendees wear closed-toed shoes, bring water and dress appropriately for the weather. 8:30-10:30 a.m. Free. 3151 SE Inner Loop. 512-943-3300.

5. Sculpture exhibit
The Texas Society of Sculptors opens its 10th annual summer show at Georgetown Public Library with a showcase of 85 works of art by 34 artists. The exhibit will run through Sept. 22.
