It’s going to be a wild few days in the temperature department.
Warm air is surging northbound on Wednesday and Thursday; meanwhile, an arctic blast looms for Friday and will last through the weekend and Christmas Day.
Highs will top out in the 70s before the first of several rounds of cold air plunge into Texas.
Precipitation is in the forecast for Friday, but it will be all liquid.
It may be cold enough for snow on Christmas, but no wintry weather is expected. Have a very Merry Christmas!
