Now in its eighth camp season, Chef Larson Washington leads his third year of weekly camps with varying themes and recipes. The camps offer participants a chance to learn how to cook and prepare meals with advanced cooking techniques, proper sanitation, menu development and plate design. Each week has a different theme, ranging from international foods to Texas favorites. There are two sessions of camp every week, with morning and afternoon schedules.
