Owner Art Hanwong said the menu will offer many of the same authentic homemade Thai dishes—made by his mother, Mam—that customers can order at the three existing locations. Pad thai and pad se-ew stir fried dishes are popular, he said.
“This location is going to be different from the other locations,” he said. The theme will be “Thai art gallery” and feature decorations shipped in from Thailand.
The restaurant at the Brodie and Slaughter Lane intersection will offer dine-in and takeout.
