Get rid of hazardous waste
The city hosts a free household hazardous waste drop-off event from 8 a.m.-noon in the City Hall parking lot, 550 Landa St., New Braunfels. Among items accepted are herbicides, pesticides, pool chlorine, drain cleaner, gasoline, lighter fluid, paint thinner and muriatic acid.
