With 2019 approaching, a new year is a time when many set new fitness goals. The workout facilities below provide a variety of approaches to exercise.

Das Rec, the city-owned recreation center, features two swimming pools and a 20,000-square-foot gymnasium.

5. Extreme Martial Arts

Contract: One-year contracts
Extreme Martial Arts offers fun, challenging classes for self-defense, confidence, discipline, focus and more. Brazilian jiujitsu, kickboxing, kids martial arts, birthday parties and after-school programs are among services offered. All ages welcome.

Aikido is traditional Japanese physical training conducted as group classes ideal for youth and adults of all ages to learn physical, mental and emotional discipline and self-defense.
