Round Rock

Old Settlers Park
3300 E. Palm Valley Blvd., Round Rock

This park features Bright Lake, which is stocked as needed by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Fish Hatchery program. The most common fish are bass, catfish and perch. The 645-acre park also features complexes for a variety of sports and activities, pavilions, picnic areas, seven playgrounds and trails.


Hutto Lake Park
805 Estate Drive, Hutto

The 39-acre park features a boat launch dock for fishing. There is also a pavilion and picnic sites, a playground, a basketball court and walking trails.



Lake Pflugerville Park
18216 Weiss Lane, Pflugerville

Bring your own kayak or rent a single or tandem kayak at the lake. There are also seven fishing piers, a boat launch and a beach area. The park has a pavilion, a playground and a trail.


Round Round Rock

Freeman Park
301 Forest Ridge Blvd., Round Rock

The park is the trailhead for the Brushy Creek Regional Trail, which is more than 10 miles long. The park also includes a playscape and horseshoe pits.

Memorial Park
600 N. Lee St., Round Rock

The park includes a trail that runs alongside Brushy Creek and the “Round Rock.” The park also features picnic tables, grills and drinking fountains.


Northeast Metropolitan Park

The 349-acre park includes a 2-mile concrete trail, soccer fields, multiuse fields, baseball fields, a cricket field, a basketball court, a tennis court, a BMX racetrack, a skate park, playgrounds and a splash pad.

Pfluger Park

The 30-acre park includes hike and bike trail loops around the park and Gilleland Creek. Other park features include a playground area as well as basketball and sand volleyball courts.


Fritz Park

The park includes a playscape, basketball and sand volleyball courts, horseshoe pits and a trail.

Round Rock Dog Depot
800 Deerfoot Drive, Round Rock

This is a leash-free dog park with a large dog area and small dog area. The park features agility elements, such as a tire jump, A-frame contact ramp and a tunnel.

This is a leash-free dog park with a large dog area, small dog area and seating for dog owners. This park also has access to the 8.2-mile Falcon Pointe trail system.

Shaylah Dame Skate Park
1600 Gattis School Road, Round Rock

There is a bowl as well as a street component at this 14,000-square-foot park located behind the Clay Madsen Center. This park also connects to a 2.52-mile trail.


Bohls Park

This park features the Skate Spot, which has a bowl and street features.

Northeast Metropolitan Skate Park
2703 E. Pecan St., Pflugerville

This park is equipped with a full BMX racetrack as well as 41,450 square feet of concrete with bowl and street features.

Forest Creek Golf Club
99 Twin Ridge Parkway, Round Rock

This is a 7,147-yard par-72 golf course with a full-service grill, event center, putting green and short-game complex.

Teravista Golf Club
4332 Teravista Club Drive, Round Rock

The 7,200-yard golf course has five different tees that will challenge golfers of all ages and abilities. It also has a pro shop, practice facilities and a café.


Blackhawk Golf Club

The Golf Club at Star Ranch
