Site plans for a new Dunkin' location—with a Baskin-Robbins ice cream parlor inside—were approved at the city of Alpharetta's Design Review Board virtual meeting April 17, Community Development Director Kathi Cook said in an email. These plans will have to go back to the board for final approval at a future meeting.

The proposed site will be a one-story, 2,250-square-foot building with outdoor patio seating located at 700 N. Main St., Alpharetta, at the corner of Cogburn Road and North Main. Community Impact Newspaper reached out for a construction timeline, and this post will be updated upon receiving this information. www.dunkindonuts.com
