Fulton County Schools to host drive-thru version of First Day Fulton on Aug. 1
Fulton County Schools' back-to-school school supply fair will look a little different this year.
The fourth annual First Day Fulton event will be in drive-thru fashion this year, set to take place from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Aug. 1, according to a news release from the district July 30. The event will be held at Banneker High School in south Fulton County and North Springs High School in north Fulton County, according to the release.
Milton's Cuisine & Cocktails chef highlights fresh produce, Southern meals

City of Alpharetta approves construction plan contracts to add lanes to Old Milton Parkway
Alpharetta City Council members approved contracts at the July 20 meeting—totaling $2.8 million—for the development of final construction plans and management of the city's project to widen Old Milton Parkway. This project will widen the parkway from four to six lanes between North Point Parkway and Kimball Bridge Road.

Owner Amy Ferguson started researching home staging, earned a nationally ranked staging certification and launched Southern Yankee Staging & Design in Alpharetta a year and a half ago. She offers virtual and in-person interior design services, as well as staging services for Alpharetta, Milton and the Greater North Fulton area.
