Loco Cantina in Kingwood to celebrate 1-year anniversary with mariachi band, mechanical bull

Owner Miguel Jaurigui said Loco Cantina is celebrating its first year of business in Kingwood with a fiesta featuring a mariachi band, a mechanical bull and all-day happy hour deals on Nov. 14.
