Mellow Mushroom will open in October at 2600 N. I-35. The restaurant chain is based out of Atlanta and serves pizzas, calzones, hoagies, salads and craft beer. The restaurant also offers gluten-free and vegan options. Hours will be Sun.-Thu. 11 a.m.-10 p.m. and Fri.-Sat. 11 a.m.-midnight.
