1. Bloomdale Road and Spur 195 realignment
Project: A construction and realignment project for the 4-lane Bloomdale Road will create a new connection at SH 5. A multilane roundabout will also be constructed at the intersection of Bloomdale Road and Spur 195.
Update: Design work on the project is 30% completed.

2. Graves Street and First Street infrastructure reconstruction
Project: A reconstruction of infrastructure, including waterlines, sanitary and storm sewer lines, and street pavement, is planned for a section of Graves Street between Greenwood Street and Harroun Avenue, as well as First Street between Graves and College streets.
Update: Design work on the project is 30% completed.

3. Infrastructure and drainage improvements for Church, Henry area
Project: Reconstruction is planned for infrastructure, including waterlines, sewer lines, drainage infrastructure and more along various streets in East McKinney. The project boundary includes sections of Church, Davis, Henry, McKinney and Wood streets.
Update: Project design is complete, and right-of-way and easement acquisition is underway.

4. US 380 illumination
Project: New city-owned and -maintained median lighting will be installed by the Texas Department of Transportation along US 380 from Custer Road to Bois D Arc Road.
Update: Construction is underway, and underground electrical elements and light pole foundations have been installed.

5. Industrial Boulevard illumination
Project: New city-owned and -maintained median lighting will be installed by the Texas Department of Transportation along Industrial Boulevard from SH 5 to Airport Drive.
Update: Construction is underway, and underground electrical elements and light pole foundations have been installed.

6. Eldorado Parkway and Virginia Parkway rehabilitation
Project: Reconstruction of failing concrete panels and broken curbs along Eldorado Parkway between Ridge Road and US 75, and Virginia Parkway between Stonebridge Drive and US 75.
Update: Work continues along Eldorado Parkway, with the contractor expected to begin on the last section of the work on Eldorado Parkway between Country Club Drive and US 75 in the coming weeks. Once Eldorado Parkway is completed this spring, work will shift to Virginia Parkway.
