Charley’s Philly Steaks will open a location inside of Walmart in southwest McKinney, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The location inside the Walmart at 5001 McKinney Ranch Parkway is expected to open sometime in mid-2023, according to Charley’s Philly Steaks representative Maggie Mackie. The construction is set to begin on Nov. 1, according to the TDLR filing.

Charley’s Philly Steaks serves a variety of cheesesteaks, chicken wings, fries and more.
