The Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission at an April 26 meeting approved the preliminary site plan for a hotel in Hall Office Park on the northwest corner of Dallas Parkway and Gaylord Parkway.

According to the site plans the hotel will be part of the Curio Collection by Hilton and will have 170 rooms. This would be the second Curio hotel in DFW and third in the state. The other two hotels are located in Dallas and Houston.

In September, Hall Office Park Developer Craig Hall said a hotel was planned for the area as part of his vision to expand Hall Office Park.

Frisco Senior Planner Anthony Satarino said it will be couple of months before work can begin on the site for the new hotel.
