Cosmic Hospitality Group will open a third Cosmic Coffee + Beer Garden—Cosmic Menchaca—on Menchaca Road. This will replace what was previously the bar Indian Roller, which closed in 2022.

The new Cosmic will have elements of the existing locations, including a full-service bar and cafe, a Cosmic Tacos taqueria, food trucks, gardens, shaded outdoor areas, live music and more. Cosmic Hospitality Group has a location in South Central Austin at 121 Pickle Rd., Austin and opened Cosmic Saltillo in East Austin last year, at 1300 E. 4th St., Austin.

There is no opening date yet, but updates will be posted on Instagram.
