According to a news release, the first phase of the renovations will focus on upgrading the center’s exteriors to provide a “refreshed look and feel” to complement its high-end retail selection. The first phase has an expected completion date of late October, and the property will remain open and accessible to shoppers during construction.
Additional renovation phases will take place throughout 2024 and 2025 and include further construction on building facades on the north end of the property, according to the release.
Ultimately, the renovations will help “pave the way” for luxury boutiques, such as multibranded lifestyle retailer The Webster, Australian designer label Zimmerman and women’s designer brand Veronica Beard, to be added to The Domain’s offerings.
Per the release, Century Oaks Plaza is also set to receive renovations, which will feature refinished terraced seating, foliage and a new lawn space, as well as a refreshed outdoor space on Agave Lane with landscaping, seat walls and a valet parking area.
