Papi’s Pies will open its Round Rock location Friday at 6:30 a.m. The café, at 10 Chisholm Trail, Round Rock, is located next to the Art Center of Williamson County.

Papi’s Pies features breakfast tacos, saltenas and desserts, including croissants, apple pie, chocoflan, Mexican cheesecake, tres leches cake and lime meringue pie. The owners said the café will soon offer more menu items, including sandwiches, paninis and more pies.
